Rescue Railroad: 2 New Dogs Arriving in Washington Foster Homes

Along with our new boy Tuttle, there is another young guy arriving in foster care this weekend. A big welcome to 9 month old Spencer! Spencer is a playful, handsome young guy who weighs about 11 pounds.
